Shipping policy

Our goal is to ship your order within 24-48 hours. However, we cannot be responsible for any circumstances that may prevent us from delivering on our intended goal. We will endeavour, where possible, to email you to alert you of any delay.

We only ship within Canada and the USA. We use Priority Mail with Canada Post and United Postal Services. Each order is issued a tracking number which is emailed to you at the email address provided when you place your order. We cannot be held responsible for any delay that may be caused on the part of Canada Post, United Postal Services or US Customs. However, in the many years that we have shipped with both Canada Post and United Postal Services we have found them to be reliable shippers.

If your order is not received, please first use the tracking number provided to determine where your order is in the delivery process. If that is not satisfactory, please contact us via our Contact Page.

Within Canada, standard shipping is a flat fee of $20 CAD for orders of and less than $119.99 CAD and FREE for orders of and over $120 CAD.

Within the USA, standard shipping is a flat fee of $25 CAD for orders less of and than $119.99 CAD and FREE for orders of and over $120 CAD.
