Green Rooibos is unfermented Rooibos and supplies ten times the antioxidants, flavonoids and aspalathin of fermented Rooibos. Green Rooibos is milder in flavor than fermented Rooibos and does not have the red color that is characteristic of regular Rooibos tea.

Green Rooibos is high in antioxidants. Aspalathin is known to play a crucial role in the rejuvenation process of cells.

Directions: Pour boiling water into a cup, add one bag and let it steep for 2 to 5 minutes. Drink as is, preferably without milk and sugar. Do not heat the tea in the microwave oven, as the microwaves may destroy antioxidants in the tea.
